Heavy rains cut Baghdad-Kirkuk road in Saladin

Floodwaters from heavy rainfall swept through valleys from the Kirkuk area toward Tuz Khurmatu on Friday, cutting off a section of the Baghdad-Kirkuk highway in Iraq’s Saladin province, a local source told Shafaq News.
Motorists were warned against crossing the affected section until water levels recede and traffic can safely resume, according to the source.
