Iran: Defending Baghdad is like defending Tehran

Shafaq News/ General Yahya Safavi, adviser to the Iranian guide for military affairs said that defending Baghdad is like defending Tehran, and the fate of the two countries is one.

"Defending Baghdad is like defending Tehran and our fate is one and that the victory of the Iraqis is a victory for all of us," he added.

Shammari pointed out that "there is a remarkable activity practiced by American bases and we have pictures showing the involvement of the Americans in providing ISIS with weapons.”

He said that "the movement is conducting intelligence operations in the area of ​​Albu Kamal along the border with Syria."
