Kurdistan finances June salaries after Baghdad-Erbil deal

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) said on Monday it had secured funds to cover June salaries for public sector employees.
According to the KRG statement, the Central Bank of Iraq’s Erbil branch received a transfer of 1.007 trillion dinars ($770 million) on September 1, designated for salaries of civil servants and workers in the Region.
