Basrah crudes drop with global downturn

Iraq’s Basrah crude edged lower on Tuesday, tracking a global decline in oil markets.
Basrah Heavy crude fell by 0.31% to $61.88 per barrel, while Basrah Medium dropped by 0.30% to $63.73 per barrel.
Brent crude slipped 19 cents, or 0.3%, to $64.20 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was down 18 cents, or 0.3%, to $59.91.
