Iraqi counterterror officer detained in $200,000 heist

Two men were arrested after allegedly stealing $200,000 from a currency exchange office in Baquba, the capital of Diyala province, a security source told Shafaq News.
The first suspect, identified as S.S., is a member of Iraq’s Counter-Terrorism Service (ICTS). The second, H.Q., works in the private sector.
The cash, stolen from the exchange office’s owner, identified as A.M., has been recovered.
