Al-Anbar court sentences drug trafficker to death

The Al-Anbar Criminal Court sentenced a man to death on Monday after convicting him of drug trafficking, Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council said.
Authorities found 3.59 kilograms of amphetamine in the man’s possession, along with two rifles, a handgun, a hunting rifle and a hand grenade, according to the council.
