Israel drone strike kills four in southern Lebanon

An Israeli drone strike on Saturday killed four people and injured three others near Nabatiyeh in southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health.
The raid reportedly hit a four-wheel-drive vehicle in the town of Kfar Roummane, destroying it completely and leaving all its occupants dead.

In a post on X, Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee confirmed the operation, stating that the army had targeted and killed “four Hezbollah Radwan Force members in southern Lebanon, including the unit’s logistics chief.”

Earlier in the day, Lebanon’s Health Ministry reported that one person was wounded in a separate Israeli airstrike that hit a vehicle with a guided missile in the nearby town of Kfarsir, also in the Nabatiyeh district.
According to official Lebanese data, around 300 people have been killed and more than 650 injured in Israeli attacks since the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon last year.
