Kurdistan Region records 3 new infections with Corona in Erbil

Shafaq News / The Ministry of Health of Kurdistan Region announced on Sunday that it has recorded 3 new cases of Corona virus in Erbil governorate.

The ministry said in a statement received by Shafaq News, today, that, in continuation of the investigations and the search for suspects, three new patients were identified with the newly emerging virus COVID-19 in Erbil city.

The statement pointed out that the three infected people are men, one of them is 54 years old, the other is 35 and the third is 34, noting that two of them are in quarantine and are foreigners and the third returned from Britain.

This brings the number of people infected with Corona virus in Kurdistan Region to 128 cases, including two deaths, in addition to the recovery of more than 50 infected people.
