Kurdistan allow taxis and buses to work normally

Shafaq News / The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) announced on Sunday cancelling work in odd and even plate numbers system and allow taxis to work as the situation before the outbreak of Corona virus, while allowing small and large buses to carry out work in all regions and cities of the region.

“After the ministry consulted with the Minister of Interior and Health, a joint decision was taken to allow taxis to work as previous times, but only on condition that adherence to the decisions and preventive measures to limit the spread of Corona virus,” Minister of Transport and Communications Ano Jawhar said in a press conference held today in Erbil and attended by Shafaq News correspondent.

He added that the decision included allowing small and large buses to return to work in all regions and cities of the region while adhering to health instructions.
