Good news about the new Corona patient in Erbil

Shafaq News / The new positive infection recorded in Erbil didn’t contact any of the residents in Erbil governorate, Health Ministry spokesman, Bajar Moussa said on Saturday.

The woman infected with the virus is the wife of a person who was previously infected with Corona, and that she had undergone tests and was quarantined, Moussa said in a statement to Shafaq News.

He added that the infection was diagnosed to the woman while she was in quarantine, confirming that she wasn’t in contact with anyone.

Its worth mentioning that the Ministry of Health of Kurdistan Regional Government announced on Friday recording a new infection with Corona virus in Erbil, the capital of the region.

The ministry said in a statement yesterday that the new infection is of a 40 yearold woman from Baharakah sub-district in Erbil.

This brings the total number of infections in Kurdistan Region 344, including 4 deaths and 315 recoveries.
