Erbil authorities foil an attempt to smuggle Nepalese

Shafaq News / The Traffic Directorate in Erbil governorate announced on Wednesday that it had foiled the smuggling of two Nepalese to the province.

Traffic spokesman Fadhil Haji said in a statement that Erbil traffic police detachments seized a vehicle this morning that was planning to bring Nepalis in exchange for a sum of money.

He pointed out that a punishment had been imposed on the driver of the vehicle and the Nepalese were sent to the medical test, stressing by saying, "Please do not destroy the city and the country for an amount of money."
