Erbil advises residents to stay home: We receive daily suspected cases
Shafaq News / The Public Health Directorate in Erbil governorate, the capital of Kurdistan Region, called on the residents on Tuesday to the need to adhere to their homes and not take advantage of the holiday granted to them to roam in places with a population density.
"The virus poses serious risks and it is necessary to adhere to the instructions and preventive measures," Health Director Dr. Delovan Mohamed said at a press conference held today.
He added that it is better for citizens to stay home and to stay away from areas where there are gatherings of people, stressing that the regional government has granted the holiday to avoid the spread of the virus.
Regarding the statistics of those infected with the virus in Erbil, Muhammad confirmed that the governorate recorded four infections while they were undergoing treatment, adding that we receive daily suspected cases and are subjected to laboratory tests.
