President Barzani, Romanian envoy urge diplomacy to ease tensions

Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani and Romania's ambassador to Iraq, Radu Dobre, on Tuesday stressed the need for diplomacy to contain tensions and preserve stability in the region, Barzani's office said.
The two also discussed ways to strengthen Romania's ties with Baghdad and Erbil during their meeting in Erbil.
