Masoud Barzani: to overcome disagreements

Shafaq News / The Kurdish leader, President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani sent on Thursday a message of congratulations to Muslims in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq and the world on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

In his telegram, in which he congratulated the families of the Peshmerga martyrs, Barzani said that “while we receive the Al-ADHA, we face great political, economic and health challenges,” adding that these challenges led to political instability and poor living conditions for the people of the region.”

He added, "I take the opportunity of Eid Al-Adha to invite the Kurdish political parties to address the problems and overcome the disagreements together within the framework of the interests of the region."

He continued by saying,” We always remember that with unity, the problems will be solved better, great gains will be achieved for our people, so I invite all parties to be at the level of what the people expect from them and at the same time to take into account the high Kurdish culture, by avoiding the tense and inappropriate speech.”
