Al-Sulaymaniyah police extinguish wildfire on Mount Azmar

A wildfire on Mount Azmar near the district of Sitak has been fully brought under control, the Forest and Environment Police Directorate in Al-Sulaymaniyah said on Saturday, adding that an investigation into the damage is underway.
The fire started on Friday night and expanded quickly because of strong winds in the area. The extent of the damage has not yet been determined.
