A Kurdish Feyli elected as commissioner of an Iranian city
Shafaq News / The Kurdish Feyli born in Baghdad, Rafi Nasiri Farr, was elected as commissioner of Hashtgerd city in Iran.
Hashtgerd, along with the new cities of Parand, Bardi and Fardis are new cities and major construction projects sites in Iran.
Rafi was born in Baghdad and was deported during the second expedition to Iran. He lived in the city of Ilam, completed his engineering studies, and was deputy director of roads and city building in Qazvin.
