Defense Secretary of the United States arrives at Baghdad in unannounced visit

Shafaq News/ U.S. Defense Secretary, Mark Esper arrived at Baghdad on Wednesday in an unannounced visit.

Esper is scheduled to hold a meeting with his Iraqi counterpart, Najah al-Shammari and Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief, Adel Abdul Mahdi.

The U.S. defense secretary will discuss with officials the withdrawal of US troops from Syria to Iraq and their settle in the country.
