Shafaq News / President of the Republic , Barham Salih signed on Thursday, a letter mandating Mustafa Al-Kathemi to form the new government.
Al-Kathemi has 30 days to form the new government, after Muhammad Allawi and Adnan al-Zorfi failed to complete this task due to a political dispute.
