A second demonstrator killed in Baghdad protests and the injured exceeded 100

Shafaq News/ A second protester was killed due to his wounds as the death toll rose.

A security source and another medical source told Shafaq News that a senior demonstrator died after being transferred to the medicine city in Baghdad after being injured during a dispersal of a protest near the Green Zone.

A medical source added that the number of wounded arrived in Baghdad hospitals exceeded 100.

Demonstrators from several provinces in southern Iraq coincided with protests from Thursday evening in Baghdad.

The demonstrators went out in the provinces like Dhi Qar, Muthanna, Basra, Babylon and Diwaniyah.

A demonstrator was killed this morning after security forces dispersed the protests by force, as hundreds of demonstrators headed towards the fortified Green Zone.
