Shafaq News / Dozens of Wasit residents demonstrated demanding restoring the dollar exchange rate to 120,000 dinars per hundred dollars.
The Central Bank of Iraq had raised the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar by about 20% late last year, to provide liquidity to face the financial crisis caused by the decline in oil prices.
