Travel ban issued against a former minister

Shafaq News / On Wednesday, an Iraqi court issued a decision banning the travel of a minister in the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi, in addition to another official.

According to a letter issued by the Al-Karkh Court specialized in integrity issues, in which Shafaq News Agency obtained a copy of, it was decided to issue a travel ban to the former Minister of Electricity, Luay Al-Khatib, and the Director General of the Ministry's Finance Department, Falah Saeed Al-Dulaimi.

The letter was directed to the National Intelligence Service to implement the travel ban, without clarifying the charges against Al-Khatib and Al-Dulaimi.
