ISIS attack in al-Dour inflicts heavy damage to properties

Shafaq News/ A local source revealed that the ISIS attack that took place yesterday, Saturday, on al-Hashd Al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization Forces-PMF) in al-Dour district to the south of Tikrit, inflicted a vast range of damage to properties in the area.

The source told Shafaq News Agency that ISIS terrorist gangs attacked the headquarters of the 35th brigade of the PMF in al-Zalaya area at the al-Dour district's outskirts. The attack resulted in damaging houses and vehicles in al-Shuweykhat neighborhood due to mortar artillery and medium weapons without causing human casualties.

The source added that the security forces swept the area to pursue the perpetrators and secure the perimeters of the area.
