An ISIS leader arrested in al-Anbar

Shafaq News / A source in al-Anbar Operations Command reported that an ISIS leader had been arrested in al-Qaim district today.
The source told Shafaq News Agency that the terrorist was involved in attacks against security forces and civilians during ISIS's control over al-Anbar.
However, the same source revealed that Fifty-two explosive devices had been dismantled during a pre-emptive security operation in Fallujah.
