Ministry of Oil announces total exported quantities and revenues for August
Shafaq News/ The Ministry of Oil announced the total exports and revenues achieved for August, according to preliminary statistics issued by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company SOMO.
"The volume of exports of crude oil amounted to 111 million (706) thousand and 151 barrels, with revenues amounting to more than 6 billion 341 million and 553 million and one thousand dollars," Ministry of Oil spokesman , Assem Jihad said in a statement.
He added that the total exported quantities of crude oil for August from the oil fields in central and south of Iraq amounted to (107) million and (520) thousand and (44) barrels, while Kirkuk fields through the port of Ceyhan exported quantities of (3) million, 253 thousand and (665) barrels, whereas the quantities exported from Qayyarah field were (928) thousand and (963) barrels and the quantities exported to Jordan amounted to (3) thousand and (479) barrels.
He pointed out that the total daily rate of exports reached (3) million and (603) thousand barrels, where the daily rate of export from Basra ports were (3) million and (468) thousand barrels, while from Ceyhan was the daily rate (105) thousand barrels, and the daily average of Qayyara field was (30) thousand barrels in addition to the daily average exported to Jordan was (0.112) barrels.
Jihad added that the average price per barrel reached (56.770) dollars.
