The report, briefed by “Shafaq News” described “the company as a Turkish entity that got stakes in six areas including ShumanHendren and Qand Mountain”.
Negotiation have been underway between Turkey and Kurdistan region rich in hydrocarbons since last year, while Baghdad insists that it is alone that has the right to sign energy deals.
