Iraq offers two shipments of Basra crude at a premium above the official price

Shafaq News/ Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) is offering two shipments of Basra Light crude and Basra Heavy crude by 2 million barrels for loading in November in two tenders, commercial sources said on Tuesday.
The company is requesting bids in premiums over the official selling price of crude to Asia.
The tenders will be closed on September 26.
