Iraq repays $10 billion Iranian debt

Shafaq News / Iranian-Iraqi Trade Chamber President, Yahya Al Ishaq, announced on Monday that Iraq has settled all outstanding Iranian dues amounting to $10 billion.
The President of the Trade Chamber, in statements conveyed by the "IRNA" agency, added that these amounts have been deposited in the Iraqi Trade Bank, following an agreement to allocate the funds for purchasing goods not covered by the sanctions imposed on Iran.
