What did Iraqi officials said after casting ballots?

Perhaps the first of the officials was the head of government and leader of State of law bloc , Nuri al-Maliki who casted his vote , Maliki said in an interview with reporters , including “Shafaq News” reporter that the victory of his list in the parliamentary elections is certain”.

He explained that State of Law coalition would ally with blocs that " believes in unified Iraq ."

He said that these elections is to ensure the future of the Iraqis and they should be heading to the polls .

For his part, the president of Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani called after casting his vote in Erbil for broad participation in the election process.

He said that change is possible in this election.

He said in an interview with reporters about the formation of the new government and his expectations, " certainly , it will witness a delay in that."

For his part, the leader of the Islamic Supreme Council , Ammar al-Hakim said after casting his vote that " this day will determine the present and future of Iraq , the decision today is for every citizen to give his vote at polling stations ."

While the leader of Change movement , Nesherwan Mustafa said on Wednesday after voting that there is great potential in transferring power in civilized way through the results of this election and must meet the ambitious of people .
