Talabani cast his vote from Berlin on a wheelchair (video)

in the German capital Berlin , where he lives for hospitalization .

A television station belongs to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, led by Jalal Talabani aired footage seen by “Shafaq News " , that “shows the president as he cast his vote in a wheelchair and raises his finger colored purple , smiling”.

Talabani had suffered a stroke more than a year ago and was taken to Germany to receive treatment in a specialized hospital, this is the first time Talabani appears in a video.
